. . . Finance - Introduction
Your finances

You could embark on a degree from the ancient history of Bognor Regis to the design of the coat hanger, one thing every full time student will learn about is money management.

Since the abolition of the student grant and the introduction of means testing, student life has become more challenging. The good news is that you can apply to your LEA (Local Education Authority) for help. The help from your LEA (Local Education Authority) is assessed (isn't everything?) on your parents' income. Bear in mind if you have brothers and sisters at university, the LEA will take this into account and be a bit kinder to your parents' bank balance.
